Manoj K. Yadav always dreamed of starting his own business, but his problem was finding a suitable business partner. He turned the problem itself into a business idea and launched what was believed to be the India's first online business partner matchmaking service in December 2006. During 2004 Yadav introduced a series of offline events.

In 2005, Manoj K. Yadav, decided he wanted to go into business. He searched the internet to find some help ­ but could find none.
